More often than not the start of a New Year symbolizes a New You, and this year is no different! Except that I'm here to help you actually stick to that New Years Resolution of a healthier you instead of seeing it fall by the wayside...(again). The phrase "there's always next year" will no longer be a part of your vocabulary! I hope you are ready because I sure am!
With the start of the Purification Program only one week away I wanted to share with you some things you should be doing this week. For starters...
1. Clean Out Your Refrigerator! This week focus on getting rid of all the leftovers and goodies from the holidays so that when you start the Program you will not be tempted by any of that bad (but very yummy) food. Trust me this will make the Program that much easier!
2. If you haven't already, start moving that amazing body you've been given! Now this doesn't mean go crazy and start doing things you haven't done in a while or you might not be able to move again until next week, instead walk for 20 minutes at least 3 times this week, or do a couple sets (12-15 per set) of jumping jacks each day. The key is to get your heart rate up in any way you can. Now these are just a couple of examples...be creative, get moving!
3. Go over the specifics of the program. Read over all the material I give you and make sure you know which supplements you should be taking on what days and which foods are allowed and which foods are not allowed. 4. Make sure the people you surround yourself with during the rest of the month understand what you are trying to accomplish, whether it's weight loss, detoxification, improved digestion, overall better health, or anything else. Doing this will help them better understand that you are serious about this Program and that you will not buckle under the pressure of temptation.

Thank your for this blog. I am so excited to get started! I already accomplished two of your suggestions. Two that I found the most challenging for me... cleaning out all the junk food without actually eating it and get moving! Tanks again Dr. Vanessa!
